OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD – Start collecting school supplies and other items! – Check out the table in the narthex and pick up an empty shoebox or two or three! Our goal is 100 boxes. We’ve almost reached that goal the past couple years; let’s do it this year!! The youth will have a packing party in November. If you can’t get out to purchase items for the boxes, you can make a donation – in the check memo note that your donation is for the shoeboxes. You can also designate whether you want the box for a girl or boy. Filled boxes will be due back to the church by Sunday, November 15th.
TRUSTEES MEETING – October 8 at 6:00 p.m. This will be the budget meeting.
COORDINATING TEAM MEETING October 20th at 10:00 a.m. Team Reports for Annual Business Meeting are due October 18th!
FOOD BOX – Don’t forget to check the list of needed items on the narthex bulletin board. There is also a box in the narthex to leave donations. This is a very vital ministry to help the community.
