UPCOMING ACTIVITIES and UPDATES

TRUNK OR TREAT — donations can be left in the box in the narthex.

PACKING BOXES FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS—  October 27th — CWC will be packing boxes for college students (they’ll do the military later).  Please submit names  and addresses of students to the church office by Sunday, October 25th. Even if you submitted this info earlier, please resubmit it.  If you would like to contribute  items (must be purchased due to COVID, nothing homemade!), these can be left in the church kitchen or office.

FAITH PROMISE SUNDAY  — November 1st

ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING — November 15th following the morning service.

PIE AUCTION  — November 22nd

Property and Finance Team is preparing to clean out the church garage.  If there is anything that belongs to you or something that you may have donated and might want back, please take the time to do so soon.  Please see Gary or Barry, if you have any questions.

Due to the idea that much of 2020 ministries were not used this year, there is no need for team reports for this year’s Annual Business Meeting on November 15th.

Copies of the 2021 Budget Proposal can be obtained by contacting the office to procure a copy as needed.

The FOCS Backpack Program is GROWING!  We need volunteers to help pack, as over 30 children will be fed each weekend and that number continues to GROW!  We need donations of food items (see bulletin insert) and financial donations (checks made out to Fox Street Benevolence) to meet the need.  Please see Pat for any additional information that you might need!

WANTED:  Van Drivers for Thursday afternoon to take kids home from the Franklin School District at 4:15 p.m.  Clearances needed.  The school district is unable to get transportation for some children that need extra counseling after school.  Pastor Chad has volunteered to help using the church van.  This is an awesome ministry opportunity!
